How to Order
There are 3 different ways to place your order.
- Fill out and submit the form below. Then mail a check or submit credit card payments with PayPal. (Directions and address are below this form.)
- Put all of the required information in an e-mail and send it to: bruce@ancestorinfo.com Then mail a check or submit credit card payments with PayPal. (Directions and address are below this form.)
- Write the required information on a piece of paper and mail it with your check or money order to the address at the bottom of this page.

If the address on your check or money order does not match the one you used on the form above, write the correct address on a piece of paper and include it with your payment.

Shipping Charges, (for the United States and Canada only): $2.95 per
order. Orders are shipped in a weatherproof Tyvek or Bubble Pack
Envelope. Copies are mailed in a folder and original items are in
archival plastic.
